Recently, his reduction plan has been completed, with a total reduction of 1.93369 million shares, accounting for 2.3684% of the total share capital after deducting the company's repurchased shares. Before the reduction, he held 1.907802 million shares, accounting for 2.4532%; after the reduction, he held 79,100 shares, accounting for 0.0848%. Due to an over-reduction caused by operational error, Song Yiqun has repurchased 79,100 shares and has promised to hand over the price difference profit. This reduction will not have a significant impact on the company's governance.
