Hengrui Pharmaceutical announced that on July 17th, the company repurchased 280,000 A-shares through centralized bidding trading, accounting for 0.0044% of the total issued shares before the repurchase, for the A-share employee stock ownership plan. The repurchase price range was between 53.75 and 54.05 yuan per share, with a total payment of 150.888 million yuan. As of the closing of that day, the total issued shares of the company were 6,379,002,274 shares, including 8,590,450 shares in treasury.
