Meico Technology: Shareholder Tecable inquires about transferring 6.14 million shares, reducing their ownership to 4%.

MeiAe Technology announced that on July 17, 2026, shareholder Tecable reduced its holding in the company by transferring and selling 6,140,438 shares, accounting for 4.54% of the total share capital of the company. The transfer price was 78.85 yuan per share. After this transfer, Tecable's shareholding ratio decreased from 8.54% to 4.00%, no longer being a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares. The total shareholding ratio of Tecable, MayAir International Sdn. Bhd., and T&U Investment Co., Limited decreased from 61.67% to 57.13%. This transfer will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
