DaYuan Pump Industry announced that due to the passing of one of the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, Han Yuanzai, his shares were split and inherited. Yu Jiaomei, Han Ting, Han Jing, and Han Bozhi, as concerted parties, will acquire his shares, totaling 21.0896 million shares, accounting for 11.31% of the total share capital, becoming shareholders holding more than 5%. After this change in equity, the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers have changed from "Han Yuanzai, Han Yuanping, Han Yuanfu, Wang Guoliang, Xu Weijian" to "Han Yuanping, Han Yuanfu, Wang Guoliang, Xu Weijian", with a total shareholding ratio falling to 38.71%. As of the signing date of the report, the four individuals have no plans to increase or decrease their holdings in the next 12 months.
