Yuea Semiconductor has submitted an application for an IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board, with plans to raise approximately 1.224 billion yuan.

According to the Wealth Finance APP, on July 17, Zhuhai Yuya Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yuya Semiconductor) applied for a change in the status of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's GEM IPO review to "submit registration." CITIC Securities is its sponsoring institution, and it plans to raise 1.22416 billion yuan.
