On July 17, 2026, the World Artificial Intelligence Conference and High-Level Meeting on Global AI Governance was held in Shanghai. During the conference, the National Development and Reform Commission, together with relevant departments, jointly released two achievements, the "Action Plan for Cooperation and Development of Artificial Intelligence" and the case study collection "China SmartBlesses the World".
