Sanhuan Group announced that the tenth term of the Board of Directors is coming to an end, and it has been decided to conduct an election for the new term. The twelfth term of the Board of Directors will be composed of 8 directors, including 4 non-independent directors, 3 independent directors, and 1 employee representative director. The Board of Directors has nominated Zhang Wanzhen, Li Gang, Ma Yanhong, and Qiu Jihua as candidates for non-independent directors, and nominated Jiang Lijun, Su Yanqi, and Huang Siying as candidates for independent directors. The appointment of the above candidates requires approval from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the company's shareholders' meeting, with a term of three years. The eleventh term of the Board of Directors will continue to serve until the new term takes office.
