Zhixin Finance APP News, Zhongzhou Special Materials (300963.SZ) announced that the shareholder Han Ming, who owns more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares through centralized competitive trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of the announcement, with the number of shares to be reduced not exceeding 4.5864 million shares (inclusive), or a reduction ratio of not more than 1% of the company's total share capital.
