Key Technology: Shareholder Wu Kaiting holding more than 5% shares reduces stake to 10%

Key-Link Technology announced that on July 15, 2026, shareholder Wu Kaiting, who owns more than 5% of the company's shares, reduced his holdings by 50,000 shares through centralized bidding, decreasing his shareholding from 6,113,312 shares to 6,063,312 shares. His shareholding percentage decreased from 10.08% to 10.00%, hitting a multiple of 5%. This reduction was part of a previously disclosed plan, does not involve a tender offer, will not change the controlling shareholder, and will not affect the company's governance and operations. Wu Kaiting's divestment plan has not been fully implemented yet.
