The Southern Gobi (01878) has completed the issuance of physical interest shares under the convertible bonds.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Nn Gb (01878) issued an announcement that it has issued a total of 73,497,622 ordinary shares ("physical interest shares") to Xngyu Hohn Guj Moy Yuxin Gngs ("assignor"), accounting for approximately 19.83% of the total number of ordinary shares issued and outstanding after the issue of physical interest shares to meet the requirements of physical interest payments. The number of physical interest shares that can be issued is based on a weighted average price of approximately CAD 0.3272 (equivalent to USD 0.2313) per ordinary share based on the 50-day trading volume up to the issuance date.
