Kolon Life Science: The Phase III clinical trial of TROP2 ADC combination therapy for lung cancer reached its primary endpoint.

Kerne Pharmaceutical announced that its holding subsidiary, Kernbo Technologies, has achieved positive results in a phase 3 clinical study of its core product TROP2 ADC Lutrakan Sanituzu Monoclonal Antibody combined with Paboli Monoclonal Antibody for first-line treatment of PD-L1 negative locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. In the pre-specified analysis, the independent data monitoring committee confirmed that the study had reached the primary endpoint of progression-free survival. Compared to chemotherapy combined with Paboli Monoclonal Antibody, the treatment showed statistically and clinically significant improvements, with a trend towards overall survival benefit and good safety. Kernbo Technologies plans to communicate the study results with the National Medical Products Administration Drug Evaluation Center.
