Hold a meeting of the ASEAN Community to promote the fight against transnational organized crime.

The 12th meeting of the Andean Community High-Level Working Group to Combat Transnational Organized Crime was held in Quito, the capital of the rotating presidency of the Andean Community, Ecuador, on the 14th. The meeting aims to strengthen coordination among member countries and promote joint efforts to address the threat of transnational organized crime. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration of Ecuador, representatives from Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru attended the meeting in a combined online and offline format, focusing on assessing the progress of the implementation of the action plan developed in the first phase based on Andean Community Resolution 922, and determining the work priorities for the second phase.
