According to the Qi Cha Cha app, it has been shown that recently, Yuming Power Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with a business scope including: research and development of rocket engines; technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchanges, technology transfer, and technology promotion. The equity penetration of Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is held jointly by China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xi'an Aerospace Technology Industry Co., Ltd.
