UBS: Lowering Credit Suisse Real Estate (00083.HK) target price to HK$13.4. Rating: "Buy"

Zhitong Finance and Economics APP learned that UBS released a research report stating that it has lowered the target price of Sun Hung Kai Properties (00083.HK) by 6%, from 14.3 Hong Kong dollars to 13.4 Hong Kong dollars. This adjustment mainly reflects the latest property development profit accounting plan, with a rating of "buy". The bank has raised its profit forecast for the 2027 to 2028 fiscal years by 6% to 8% to reflect a stronger outlook for interest income.
