Ministry of Water Resources: 65 rivers in Liaoning, Guangxi and other areas are maintained above the warning level.

The Ministry of Water Resources held a consultation this morning and decided to maintain the yellow flood warning and issue a red mountain flood disaster meteorological warning. 65 rivers in Liaoning, Jilin, Anhui, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Gansu, and other places are still above the warning level. As of 9:00 a.m. on July 14th, rivers in Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Gansu, and other places remain above the warning level, with the largest exceeding by 2.18 meters. The first flood peak of the Hun River in Liaoning in 2026 has passed through the Shenyang section, and the second flood peak of the Chang River in Jiangxi in 2026 has passed through the Dufengkeng River section. The Chai River, Qing River, and Huifa River in Jilin, a tributary of the Liao River, still exceed the protection levels by 0.05 to 0.41 meters.
