Liaoning Hun River Shenyang Hydrological Station reduced the flood yellow alert to a blue alert.

On July 14th at 6:00, the water level at the Shenyang Hydrological Station on the Hun River was 37.94 meters, below the yellow warning level, and continuing to decrease. According to the "Management Measures for Flood Warning Issuance in Liaoning Province", the Liaoning River Basin Management Service Center has downgraded the flood yellow warning to a blue warning. All relevant units along the river and the general public are advised to strengthen prevention measures.
