Typhoon "In-fa," the ninth typhoon of this year, is expected to make landfall in Cangnan to Sanmen area of Zhejiang Province around midnight on the 11th, bringing severe wind and rain effects to the province. According to the Emergency Response Plan for Water and Drought Disaster Prevention and Mitigation of Zhejiang Province, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Water Resources has decided to raise the emergency response level for water and drought disaster prevention and mitigation to Level I at 11:00 on the 11th. All local water authorities are required to pay high attention, closely monitor rainfall, flood conditions, and typhoon development trends, dynamically monitor and forecast, issue early warning information in advance, and promptly initiate emergency responses; based on meteorological and hydrological forecasts, carefully schedule water conservancy projects, strengthen inspections of key areas and vulnerable points, identify hidden risks and dangers, and promptly and scientifically handle them to ensure safety; strengthen the monitoring, forecasting, and early warning of mountain flood disasters, issue early warning information through multiple channels, remind grassroots local governments to evacuate people in dangerous areas in a timely manner, and ensure the safety of the people's lives.
