Tencent will become the largest shareholder of this artificial intelligence startup company and is discussing a deal to support the cancellation of the Meta acquisition at the same $20 billion valuation. Insiders added that Tencent is expected to purchase the largest share of equity in this round of transactions but will still maintain a minority shareholder position. Manus will continue to operate independently with its headquarters in Singapore and will not be integrated into Tencent's business system.
