Yimikang announced that recently the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Sun Yizheng, pledged 6.5 million shares to Guohai Securities for debt repayment and business operations, accounting for 26.60% of his shareholding and 1.42% of the total share capital of the company; at the same time, Sun Yizheng pledged 4,409,605 shares to Huaxi Securities for the release of the pledge, accounting for 18.04% of his shareholding and 0.96% of the total share capital of the company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the controlling shareholder and its concerted actors have pledged a total of 24 million shares, accounting for 5.24% of the total share capital, with no risk of forced liquidation at present.
