Duotian: The project for the production of 10,000 tons of key materials for electrolyte has been postponed to November 2027.

Duofuduo announced that the company raised 1.988 billion yuan through private placement in 2023, and the originally planned "annual production of 100,000 tons of key materials for lithium-ion battery electrolyte project" is scheduled to reach the planned usable state on November 30, 2026. Due to market supply and demand, industry development, and technological progress, the company has decided to postpone the project until November 30, 2027. As of December 31, 2025, the total investment in the project is 5.15 billion yuan, with 545 million yuan already invested, and the investment progress is 36.65%. This adjustment will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's operations.
