The State Intellectual Property Office of China signed a revised Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of intellectual property with the Austrian Patent Office.

Recently, the Chinese National Intellectual Property Administration and the Austrian Patent Office signed an updated version of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in Geneva. According to the memorandum, the two sides will focus on deepening practical cooperation in the areas of knowledge and experience exchange in the field of intellectual property, high-speed patent examination, etc., in order to further enhance mutual understanding of each other's intellectual property systems and provide strong protection for the innovation achievements of Chinese and Austrian enterprises.
