Reporters learned from the Flood Control and Drought Relief Command Office of Yuzhong County, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province that, affected by warm and humid airflow and the cold air at the bottom of the trough, continuous precipitation is expected in Yuzhong County from the night of July 9th to the morning of the 12th. There will be heavy rain in the south and north, with total rainfall reaching 60 to 80 millimeters and some areas receiving over 100 millimeters, while the remaining areas will receive 30 to 50 millimeters of rainfall. The precipitation will start as convective, with the main convective period from 11:00 PM on the 9th to 8:00 AM on the 10th, and the maximum hourly rainfall intensity will be 30 to 50 millimeters. From 9:00 AM on the 10th, the precipitation will turn into stable rainfall.
