Huabei responds "crashed": System upgrade has been completed and can now be used normally. Please contact us for handling of interest generated from unpaid balances.

Recently, many users have reported that they were unable to open the repayment page of Alipay's Huabei when trying to make a repayment. Screenshots uploaded by users show that when they click on the Huabei page, it displays "network busy" or on the bill page it shows "due to institution maintenance, bill temporarily unavailable to view". When asked about the above situation, Sina Finance contacted Ant Financial, but there has been no response as of the time of writing. Huabei's official customer service stated: "The system upgrade has been completed, and you can now use it normally. If you have not repaid the loan by the last day of the grace period and have incurred interest, you can contact us to handle it."
