The manufacturing unit is Bayer HealthCare Co., Ltd. Qidong Branch, a subsidiary of Bayer HealthCare Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned enterprise established by the multinational pharmaceutical company Bayer Group in China. In response to the widespread rumors of production stoppage, Bayer stated: "This product is still in production and sale."
