UBTECH (09880.HK): China Securities Regulatory Commission issues filing notice for full circulation of company's H shares.

Zhixin Financial APP reported that UBTECH (09880.HK) has issued an announcement stating that the company has recently received a record notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the implementation of H-share full circulation. According to the record notice, the company has completed the filing with the CSRC for a total of 5.4539 million shares of the company's domestic shares to be fully circulated as H-shares. The company will apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for approval for the listing and trading of these H-shares on the main board of the HKEX.
