Among them, Gan Zhicao was required to provide additional information on previous capital increases, share transfer prices, and pricing basis. According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosure on January 27, Hangzhou Gan Zhicao Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Gan Zhicao) submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC International, and Shenwan Hongyuan Hong Kong as its joint sponsors.
