BoYuan New Materials: Shareholders including Weifang Jintou have completed the reduction plan.

Boyu New Materials announced that the share reduction plan of Weifang Jintou, a shareholder with a stake of over 5%, and the employee representative director Yu Fuqiang and deputy general manager Zhang Jie, who indirectly holds shares through Weifang Zhishuo, has been completed. Weifang Jintou has reduced a total of 7.036 million shares, a reduction percentage of 4.19%; Weifang Zhishuo has reduced a total of 0.2255 million shares, a reduction percentage of 0.13%.
