Huaya Intelligence announced that Kuai Haibo, Xu Jun, Xu Fei, and Liu Shiyan are acting in concert. As of January 9, 2026, they collectively hold 9.1247 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.81% of the total shares. During the period of equity changes, they reduced their holdings by 2.1238 million shares through block trading and bulk transactions, reducing their stake to 5.23%. Additionally, due to passive dilution from the conversion of convertible bonds, their stake further decreased to 4.98%. After this change, they collectively hold 7.001 million shares. Furthermore, due to Guanhong Intelligence's failure to meet performance standards for the year 2025, the 6.325 million shares they hold will be cancelled.
