ST Xiangxue announced that on July 2, 2026, the company received a notification that Guangzhou Guangyao Capital Limited was selected as the reorganization investor based on the evaluation results of June 30th. As of now, the company has not signed an agreement with the selected pre-reorganization investor, the terms of the agreement are not yet determined, and the uncertainty of whether it can be signed.
