Hong Kong Land Registry: There were a total of 9,434 sales and purchase agreements for all types of buildings registered in June, representing a 29.7% increase compared to the previous year.

According to the Zhongtong Finance APP, on July 3rd, the Hong Kong Land Registry released the statistics for June 2026. In June, a total of 9,434 building sale and purchase agreements were submitted to the Land Registry for registration, an increase of 10.5% compared to May and 29.7% compared to June of the previous year. When calculated using a twelve-month moving average, there were 7,817 building sale and purchase agreements in June, an increase of 2.4% compared to May and 34.5% compared to June of the previous year. The total value of building sale and purchase agreements in June was 82.8 billion Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 13.7% compared to May and 24.7% compared to June of the previous year.
