The pledge term is until July 1, 2027, for corporate fund arrangements. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Taihe Hang and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 40.879 million shares, accounting for 15.38% of the total holdings and 5.16% of the company's total share capital. Currently, the relevant shareholders have good credit and there is no risk of forced liquidation of the pledged shares, which will not affect the company's operations or control.
