Indian social media company Mohalla Tech Pvt, which operates the social network ShareChat, short video platform Moj, and subscription-based micro-series app QuickTV, is reportedly planning to go public next year, seeking to raise up to $400 million. The company, commonly known as ShareChat, has been profitable since the first quarter of operations starting in April 2026, according to its CFO Manohar Charan in an interview this week. "Our unit economics have now turned positive," he said, "we aim to go public within the next four to five quarters." The IPO plans are not yet finalized and may be subject to changes.
