Kun Tai Group announced that its shareholder Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port area Kun Cheng Investment Management Partnership Enterprise reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 1.15 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital from June 12 to June 30, 2026. After this equity change, Kun Cheng Investment and its concerted actors Zhang Ming and Li Feng collectively reduced their shareholding from 72% to 71%. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed plan, and the plan has not yet been fully implemented, and will not result in a change in the company's control.
