Wangli Security announced on June 28th that the company received a notification from the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 26th. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has checked the prospectus submitted by the company for the issuance of securities by Shanghai main board listed companies and related application documents in accordance with relevant regulations, and deemed that the application documents are complete and comply with legal requirements. They have decided to accept the documents for review in accordance with the law. The issuance of A shares to specific investors by the company in this instance still requires approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and a decision from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to register before it can be implemented.
