Today, reporters learned from China Building Materials Group that China Building Materials has concentrated on the production of three world-class high-performance carbon fiber production lines at the Zhongfu Shenyang Lianyungang base, covering the three major mainstream carbon fiber categories of general, high-strength, and high modulus. This marks another milestone in the high-quality development of China's carbon fiber industry. The three globally largest benchmark carbon fiber production lines that were put into operation this time each have core advantages: the annual output of 5000 tons of large tow carbon fiber production line relies on the pioneering dry jet wet spinning technology to upgrade wind power special products, effectively reduce production costs, and significantly improve the industry's scale manufacturing level; the world's first 4-meter wide span thousand-ton-class T1100 grade production line achieves a leap in production capacity, fully adapting to high-end extreme scenarios such as aerospace, low-altitude aircraft, etc.; the annual output of 600 tons of high-modulus carbon fiber production line empowers high-end equipment, 3C electronics, and other fields. The concentration of these three top-level production lines will fill the gap in domestic high-end carbon fiber scale production capacity, promote the industry to break free from homogenized scale competition, and transition towards high-end and technological development.
