On June 27, Tianfeng International Securities analyst Guo Mingchi released a report pointing out that iOS 27 will further deepen the system-level integration with Apple's Intelligence. Its latest industry research shows that in order to ensure smooth operation of the system under AI load, the DRAM specification of the lower-end iPhone models equipped with the new A20 processor in 1H27 will be upgraded to 9GB, higher than the current 8GB of the A19 models. The three high-end models equipped with the A20Pro processor in 2H26 will maintain 12GB.
