Heilongjiang Province has launched the "Artificial Intelligence + Education" Action Plan.

Recently, the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province and eight other departments issued the "Action Plan for Promoting 'AI + Education' in Heilongjiang Province". The plan proposes that by 2027, a vertically integrated and horizontally coordinated general education system for artificial intelligence will be basically formed, artificial intelligence will be regularly applied in the field of education, digital educational resources suitable for various teaching scenarios will continue to enrich, and the artificial intelligence literacy and innovation ability of teachers and students will be significantly improved; by 2030, the scale and quality of talent training in the field of artificial intelligence will continue to improve, a long-term mechanism for cultivating the literacy of artificial intelligence for the whole people will be formed, education and teaching modes, research paradigms, and governance models will achieve systematic changes, the basic support environment will be more intensive and efficient, the innovation ecosystem will be more open and collaborative, intelligent technology applications will be more inclusive, safe, and efficient, a number of high-value, replicable, and easily replicable application scenarios will be formed, and the "Longjiang Model" of deep integration of artificial intelligence and education will be basically formed.
