Liang Jinsong appointed as a member of the board of directors of West Lake University

According to the official website of West Lake University, the former Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Chairman of Nan Fung Group, and Chairman and Co-founder of the New Horizon Group, Antony Leung Kam-chung, has officially joined the Board of Directors of West Lake University.
