Joint Maritime Information Center: Threat level raised in the Strait of Hormuz, southern channel area expanded.

According to a notice released by the Joint Maritime Information Center on Saturday, the southbound channel of the Strait of Hormuz has been expanded to meet the needs of ships entering and exiting the port to navigate simultaneously. The Joint Maritime Information Center also pointed out that the maritime security threat level in the strait has been raised from "medium" to "high" after commercial ships were attacked.
