Recently, Wu Jun, the head of the Air Conditioning Division and global head of the Chasing Air Conditioning Business, accepted an interview with Sina Technology. He stated, "When we first entered the air conditioning sector, we defined that we wanted to focus on the high-end market, to achieve the number one market share in the high-end market, and to be driven by value. We hope to raise the price level of the high-end market for air conditioning and we are currently working on innovative products, to create more high-end products that are not currently available in the industry." Furthermore, Wu Jun stated that the goal of being number one in market share in the high-end market refers to the global market. "Because when we first started in the air conditioning industry, we actually focused more on the overseas market, followed by the domestic market. What we hope for is to sell high-end products made for domestic sales to the overseas market, and to the global market, while also gaining a certain market share in the domestic market."
