The Wisdom Finance APP reports that Bay Area Development (00737.HK) has announced that all the preconditions of the subscription agreements have been met and the subscription matters have been completed according to the terms of the subscription agreement on June 26, 2026. According to the subscription agreement, the company has offered the subscribers a subscription price of HK$1.8335 per share for a total of 250 million subscription shares.
