(referred to as "Yunnan Hongta Bank") that it had received the approval of the Yunnan Banking Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking Regulatory Commission for the "Approval of Yunnan Hongta Bank's Change of Equity" (Yunjin Fu [2026] No. 93), agreeing for the company to acquire 914.55 million shares held by Kunming Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd. After the acquisition, the company holds 914.55 million shares of Yunnan Hongta Bank, with a shareholding ratio of 14.52%. Currently, the company has completed the equity transfer work and officially become a shareholder of Yunnan Hongta Bank.
