Xianyuan Gaoke announced that the company and related parties recently received a "Notice of Administrative Penalty Advance" from the Anhui Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company's 2024 annual report did not truthfully reflect the subsidiary's debt relationship, underreported credit impairment losses by 18.7151 million yuan, artificially increased the total profit by 18.7151 million yuan, accounting for 10.86% of the disclosed profit for the period. The Anhui Regulatory Bureau intends to issue a warning and impose a fine of 3 million yuan on the company, a fine of 1.5 million yuan each on Minjie and Zhangqin, and a fine of 1.3 million yuan on Zhangqingyi. The company has encountered other risk warning situations but has not triggered the conditions for mandatory delisting due to serious violations.
