Tencent Finance News, Huaxida (00901.HK) announced that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders, Li Bo, Yan Zhikang, Li Jun, and Party Hui were re-elected as executive directors of the seventh board of directors through ordinary resolution; while Ms. Lu Peiran, Mr. Yin Renyong, and Dr. Zheng Qian were re-elected as independent non-executive directors of the seventh board of directors. The term of the seventh board of directors is three years from the date approved by the shareholders at the annual general meeting (June 26, 2026), until the expiration of the term of the seventh board of directors.
