According to the news from the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, China Industrial Holdings (00132.HK) announced that after the end of the annual shareholders' meeting in 2026, (i) Mr. He Xiangming will resign and no longer serve as an executive director, chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, chairman of the strategic committee, and member of the remuneration committee of the company; (ii) Mr. Peng Xinyu will resign and no longer serve as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee, nomination committee, and strategic committee of the company; and (iii) Mr. Zhang Huachen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, and will serve as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee, and strategic committee, as well as chairman and member of the remuneration committee.
