Bomin Electronics announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Xu Huan and Xie Xiaomei, plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 19.36 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the total share capital of the company, through block trading and centralized bidding from July 20 to October 16, 2026.
