Green Economy: Expected annual net profit is around 8.5 million Hong Kong dollars, a decrease of about 6.9 million Hong Kong dollars compared to the previous year.

Green Economy Announcement: Based on the unaudited management accounts, the Company expects to record a preliminary unaudited comprehensive net profit attributable to owners of the Company of approximately HK$8.5 million for the year ending March 31, 2026, a decrease of approximately HK$6.9 million compared to the year ending March 31, 2025. The decrease in profit is mainly due to a decrease in operating profit of approximately HK$16.5 million from continuing operations and an increase in profit of approximately HK$9.6 million from discontinued operations. The full-year performance is still being implemented.
