PuraTech announced that its holding subsidiary, Jiangsu Jiatuo New Energy Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., intends to apply for a public issuance of shares to qualified investors and to be listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange. This matter has been approved by the company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting. On June 26, 2026, Jiatuo Intelligence received a letter of completion of the acceptance of the coaching work by CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. on Jiangsu Jiatuo New Energy Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. from the Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, confirming that CITIC Securities' coaching for Jiatuo Intelligence's listing has been accepted.
