This matter has been approved by the third meeting of the seventh board of directors of the company, with an estimated total investment of 550 million yuan, funded by self-owned funds or self-raised funds. The project is planned to be constructed from August 1, 2026 to April 30, 2028, with Jinhe Biology Technology Co., Ltd. as the implementing body, located in the west zone of Tokto Economic Development Zone, with no new land acquisition involved.
