Wisdom Finance App News, Baiya Shares (003006.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase some of the company's issued Renminbi ordinary shares (A shares) through centralized bidding trading. The total amount of this repurchase fund is no less than 50 million yuan (inclusive), and no more than 100 million yuan (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding 21 yuan per share (inclusive). The repurchased shares will be used for equity incentive plans or employee stock ownership plans.
